What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 500 pcs for paper packaging and 1,200 pcs for tin cans. If you require a smaller quantity, feel free to contact us for evaluation.

How long does sampling take? Is there a sample fee?

Sampling usually takes 3–7 days. The cost depends on the structure and craftsmanship, and part or all of the sample fee can be refunded after mass production.

What is the lead time for mass production?

The standard production lead time is 12–20 days, depending on quantity, complexity, and season.

Do you offer design services?

We mainly produce based on your provided designs. If you only have ideas or measurements, we can provide basic dieline templates and layout guidance.

What shipping options do you offer? What is the estimated cost?

We offer sea freight, air freight, and express delivery. Shipping costs depend on weight, volume, and destination. We will provide a detailed estimate along with your quotation.
